5 Nights 6 Days….For the Month of April…

Day 01: Arrive in Srinagar – On your arrival at the Srinagar International Airport, you will be taken for a 35 minutes drive through the heart of New Srinagar city, passing the Abdullah bridge which connects the banks of the Jhelum river . Later drive for an hour of Shikara ride in the lake. Overnight stay in hotel / houseboat.

Day 2: Srinagar to Pahalgam (152 kilometers / 4-5 hrs drive)- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and we drive to Pahalgam via Pampore, Avantipura and the village of Bijbehara which remains famous as the bread basket of Kashmir. We switch from the national highway 1A at Khanabal and drive through the second largest city of Anantnag. From here the road turns scenic as we drive parallel on the Lidder river flowing from the opposite direction. In Pahalgam, check-in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Pahalgam to Srinagar– After breakfast, check out from Pahalgam and drive to Srinagar. In srinagar proceed towards Mughal Gardens visiting Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh. All the gardens are situated on the bank of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains in the background.
The distance from Srinagar to the said gardens is about 12 and 15 kms respectively. Enroute visit carpet-weaving factory and old Srinagar city. Also visit  tulip garden in Srinagar, India. It is the largest tulip garden in Asia spread over an area of about 30 hectares. [1][2]  It is situated on the foothills of Zabarwan Range with an overview of Dal Lake Overnight stay at Hotel/ Houseboat.

Day 4: Gulmarg day trip (56 kilometers / 2-3 hrs drive)- After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg. Full day excursion to Gulmarg. Enroute you get to see the beautiful Tangmarg town and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg. Begin a short tour, boarding the Gondola cable
car system (the 08 minutes ropeway, at your own cost). Descend back to Gulmarg after an hour and later indulge in some horse-riding (on your own). In the evening return to Srinagar for Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Sonmarg day trip- After breakfast, drive to Sonmarg. Full day excursion to Sonmarg. Sonmarg is known as "Gateway of Ladakh". In the evening return to Srinagar for overnight stay at hotel/ Houseboat.

Day 6: Drop at Srinagar Airport– After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey with memories of A Lifetime Trip.
